These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ManasMods website, Minecraft mods, game servers, Patreon rewards, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Borna Smital Einzelunternehmen, doing business as ManasMods (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

ManasMods develops, publishes, and maintains game modifications (“mods”), custom content, and online experiences for Minecraft.
The Services are offered solely for entertainment purposes and may include downloadable files, hosted servers, Patreon content, and related community features.
Use of our mods is governed by the license terms published on our official CurseForge page.
By downloading or installing any mod, you agree to comply with those terms.

We strive to maintain continuous access to our servers and website but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
Access may be temporarily or permanently revoked for violations of these Terms or abuse of our systems.

Support through Patreon or similar platforms constitutes a voluntary contribution that grants digital supporter benefits as described on the respective platform.
These benefits, such as early access, supporter ranks, or cosmetic items, are digital content provided under a limited, non-transferable license for personal use.

Payments are processed by Patreon, Inc., which automatically handles applicable VAT where required by EU law.

Due to the digital nature of these rewards, no refunds can be issued once the content has been made available, in accordance with § 356(5) BGB and Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

We ensure that digital supporter benefits conform to the agreed description and remain accessible for a reasonable period, in accordance with § 327e BGB.

By completing the transaction on Patreon, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires upon access to such content.

Rewards may be changed, replaced, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Refunds are not provided, except where required by applicable law.

Certain digital content and in-game benefits, including server ranks, cosmetic items (such as those provided through ManasCosmetics), and other one-time or recurring purchases, are offered through our store, which is operated using Tebex Ltd.

Merchant of record: Purchases made through our store are processed by Tebex Ltd., which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment processing and the collection and remittance of applicable taxes (including VAT) where required by law.

Nature of the content: All ranks, cosmetics, and digital benefits are digital content provided under a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license for use within our Services. You do not acquire ownership of any in-game item, cosmetic, currency, or rank. Purchased content has no monetary value outside our Services and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

Where you use ManasCosmetics or similar content on servers not operated by ManasMods, your purchases, entitlements, and gameplay are subject to the rules and data practices of that server's operator, who is solely responsible for them.

Server-side and subject to change: In-game content, including cosmetics and ranks, functions only on our Minecraft servers. We may modify, replace, rebalance, or discontinue any digital content at any time, including for technical, legal, or operational reasons. Where reasonably possible, we aim to provide equivalent value if content is materially changed or removed.

Withdrawal and refunds: Due to the digital nature of this content, and where delivery begins immediately, your statutory right of withdrawal expires upon the start of performance in accordance with § 356(5) BGB and Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires accordingly. Except where refunds are required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable.

Conformity: We ensure that purchased digital content conforms to its description and remains available for a reasonable period, in accordance with § 327e BGB.

Chargebacks and abuse: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith, or otherwise abusing the purchase or refund process, may result in immediate revocation of the associated content and suspension of access to our Services without refund.

All content created by ManasMods, including but not limited to code, textures, designs, and logos, is the property of ManasMods, unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify our content without explicit written permission, except as permitted under the mod’s license (for example, private modpacks with credit).

Minecraft™ and related names are trademarks of Mojang AB / Microsoft Corporation.
“Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken”, “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime”, and associated names are owned by Fuse, Kodansha, 8bit, and their respective rights holders.
ManasMods and the “Tensura: Reincarnated” mod are independent fan projects and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Fuse, Kodansha, or 8bit.
All respective trademarks and copyrights belong to their owners.

Use of our Services is at your own risk.
We are not liable for:

• Data loss, account issues, or damage to software or hardware resulting from the use of our mods or servers
   
• Downtime, interruptions, or data corruption
   
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
   

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, safety, or performance of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our Services. The respective providers are solely responsible for their content.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
   
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or systems
   
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff
   
• Exploit bugs or mechanics to disrupt gameplay or gain unfair advantages
   

Violation of these rules may result in permanent suspension or IP bans without refund.

Our website does not use analytics or tracking tools.
We only process data essential for functionality and communication.
Our servers (hosted by LilyPad in the United Kingdom and Hetzner in Germany) handle limited connection data such as IP addresses and usernames for operational purposes. 

For transfers outside the EU, we apply EU Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate protection in accordance with Article 46 GDPR.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any user who violates these Terms or disrupts our community.
Users may stop using the Services at any time by deleting downloaded content and ceasing participation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be Aachen, Germany, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Updated versions take effect upon publication on this website.
Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
