This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed in connection with this website and related services (Tebex, Patreon, Discord, YouTube, Twitch).

This website is used solely to present ManasMods.
All personal data processed in connection with payments, purchases, or communication is handled exclusively through external, GDPR-compliant third-party providers.

All purchases, donations, and payments related to our Minecraft servers are processed by Tebex Ltd.
ManasMods does not process payment data directly.
Legal basis: Contract performance under Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR
Data transfers: Governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
Data processed: Name, email address, IP address, in-game username, and transaction amount

Memberships and support payments are processed by Patreon Inc.
Patreon acts as a controller under GDPR.

Agreement: Patreon Creator Privacy Promise (DPA)
Data processed: Username, email, membership tier, and shipping address (if required)

Payments to contractors are handled through PayPal, which operates as an independent controller under GDPR.
Data is stored and processed according to the PayPal Privacy Policy.

Services such as Patreon, PayPal, and Discord may transfer data outside the EU (e.g. to the USA or UK).
These transfers occur only under legally recognized safeguards, primarily the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Art. 46 GDPR.
